Equipment Condition

All equipment is subject to normal wear, prior damage, and potential hidden defects. Repairs do not guarantee future performance or prevent additional failures.

Testing

Equipment may be started, operated, and tested as necessary to diagnose and verify repairs.

Parts & Repairs

Some parts may carry manufacturer warranties only. Labor is not guaranteed unless stated in writing. Additional issues may arise after service.

Post-Repair Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

Once your equipment is returned to you, all responsibility transfers to you.

• Injury or death
• Damage from thrown objects (rocks, debris)
• Damage to vehicles, homes, or property

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Salem Mower Repair is not responsible for damages after equipment leaves our possession.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Customer Responsibility

You agree to inspect and operate equipment safely.
