Full Service Terms & Disclaimer

By submitting a service request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Authorization

You authorize Salem Mower Repair to perform diagnostic and repair services on your equipment.

2. Estimates

Estimates may change upon inspection and disassembly. Additional issues may require approval before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion. Equipment will not be released until paid in full.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Mobile service is subject to availability and may include additional fees.

5. Storage Fees

Unclaimed equipment after 7 days may incur storage fees.

6. Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left beyond 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold.

7. Parts & Delays

Repair times depend on parts availability and supplier delays.

8. Used Equipment

Used equipment is sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or unrelated failures. Liability is limited to the service performed.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customer must provide accurate information regarding equipment condition.

11. Safety

Customer is responsible for safe operation after service.

Checking the disclaimer box confirms you agree to these terms.
